03 / THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Clear from the start.

Western Sydney & surrounds

Photography and video across Western Sydney and surrounds, including Penrith, St Marys, Mount Druitt, Blacktown and Parramatta; the Hills around Castle Hill, Norwest and Rouse Hill; the Hawkesbury around Richmond and Windsor; and the lower Blue Mountains through to Springwood. Other locations considered, with availability and travel confirmed before booking.

Standard sessions include approximately 30 minutes’ travel each way from our base. Additional travel, parking and tolls are confirmed in the quote.

Planned delivery

Standard sessions delivered within five business days. Faster delivery by arrangement; tailored projects follow an agreed timeline.

50% upfront confirms a booking. The balance is due before release of final files, with previews provided for review.

Do I need to have the ideas ready?

You can bring specific ideas or ask for help shaping them. We’ll agree what to capture and what needs to be ready before arriving.

Do you manage social accounts?

The current service covers planning, creating and delivering content for you to publish. Posting and account management are discussed separately.

What do we agree before a shoot?

The purpose, location, deliverables, intended usage, timing and full price. For video, we also confirm the concepts, formats and actual music track where used.

Can a session include photography and video?

The standard two-hour sessions focus on one service. A tailored session can combine both, with time and finished content agreed around your needs and our availability.

What if plans change?

With at least 48 hours’ notice, bookings can move to a mutually agreed date, subject to availability. Cancellation and late changes are assessed against completed work, unavoidable costs and reasonable loss. Full terms are provided before booking.
