Find out what fits.

We arrange a free, no-obligation 15-minute call. We discuss who you want to reach, what you want people to see or understand, and where you’ll use the content. Bring your ideas—or ask for help shaping them.

For a bar or restaurant, that might mean drinks being made, a food feature, your team or the atmosphere of a busy evening. These are possible directions to discuss, with the final plan agreed together.

Know what you’re booking.

You receive a quote setting out the location, shoot time, finished deliverables, intended usage, delivery timing and full price. Photography sessions start with up to two hours on location and 20 edited images; short video sessions start with up to two hours and three planned short clips. Two hours is an allowance, not a minimum. Custom sessions can be shorter or longer and combine photography and video, with the time, finished content and price agreed around your needs. Whether you need a small, focused shoot or a larger project, we can discuss a suitable scope.

We confirm any extra travel, parking, tolls or other agreed costs before booking. You can review the scope and price before deciding to proceed.

Make a clear plan.

A 50% upfront payment confirms the booking. We agree what to capture, what needs to be ready, who’s involved and how the shoot fits around your business. For videos, we confirm concepts, formats and the actual music track where used before filming.

Standard sessions include approximately 30 minutes’ travel each way from our base. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are provided before booking.

Bring the plan to life.

I come to the agreed location and work through the planned photographs or video concepts with you. Timing, access and activities are arranged beforehand so we know what we’re there to capture.

See it come together.

I select and edit the content, then provide previews for review. Short video sessions include one round of changes, sent together. Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed and quoted before extra work begins.

Standard sessions have a five-business-day delivery window. Faster delivery is by arrangement; custom projects follow their agreed timeline.

Ready to put to work.

The remaining 50% is due before the final files are released. You receive edited photos or videos in the formats agreed for your website and social channels.

The service covers planning, creating and delivering content for you to publish. Posting and account management are discussed separately. If you need a regular supply of content, we can also discuss planned monthly sessions.
